REFUND OR EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Under any circumstances, we do not entertain refunds or cancellation. But for exceptional cases, exchange is possible.
  • For exchange, make sure that the item is unused and unwashed, for hygiene related issues.
  • For an exchange, you compulsorily need to contact us via mail/ WhatsApp within two(2) business days.
  • The exchange is possible only for once for an order.
  • Customized orders are not at all exchangeable.

  • In case of exchanges, unfortunately, we are unable to facilitate home pick-ups all over India. But we will be helping you throughout if you take the pain of shipping the item back to us. We would compensate upto 150 INR for reverse-shipping if we are provided with a copy of the valid shipping bill.
  • If the package is damaged, we will need the unboxing video of the damaged product for proof. If there’s some actual damage from our side then please return the product and we will replace it. 
  • If it is proved that there is an unintended fault from your side then we will not be held responsible for it.
  • If, somehow, a wrong order reaches you, the first thing you need to do is to inform us via mail/WhatsApp with proper evidence. In that case, you are requested to cooperate with us resolving the issue. It is a promise that you will get your desired order as quickly as possible, plus you may stand a chance to get a discount coupon code as a gesture of apology from our side.
